Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el auto que rechazó la demanda de la referencia, por no haberse corregido las deficiencias señaladas en el auto de inadmisión, en cuanto a que se expresaran razones claras, ciertas, específicas, pertinentes y suficientes del por qué la norma acusada trasgredía los artículos constitucionales señalados, de tal forma que se justificara poner en marcha un juicio de constitucionalidad como control abstracto de la norma.
